- Learn proven techniques for shifting procrastination, overwhelm and “stuck”
- Set up your Q1 calendar to support your goals, habits, self care and downtime
- Bring it all to life with NLP techniques to anchor feelings of motivation and lock your goals into your future timeline, coding your success.
- Know exactly what to do on your first day back in the office
